Information online :

There is one direct TGV train from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Besançon Franche-Comté TGV train station, which is then connected to the Besançon Viotte station (town center) with local trains.
If you do not have the possibility to get this direct TGV, there are several ways to go from Aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle to Paris Gare de Lyon station (many connections with Besançon’s 2 stations).
The bus line « RoissyBus » will take you from the airport to the center of Paris, at Opera station. From there, you can get RER line A (to Marne la Vallée or Boissy Saint-Léger). Gare de Lyon is the second stop from there.

You may prefer to take RER line B at the airport (to Robinson or Saint-Rémy les Chevreuses), then get off at Châtelet-les-Halles (Paris’ biggest metro/bus/RER station), and from there get the RER line A (to Marne la Vallée or Boissy Saint-Léger). Gare de Lyon is the next stop (you can also get on metro line 14 to « Bibliothèque F. Mitterand » instead of RER A, it is a quite fast automated metro line, and Gare de Lyon is also the next stop).

You will find lots of Taxis at Aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle. Price will depend on traffic, but it usually goes around 50 euros.

It will take you 30 mn (RER/Metro) to 1h15 (Bus/taxi) to go from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Gare de Lyon station.

Besançon train stations are « Besançon Viotte » (town center) and Besançon Franche-Comté TGV (outside city).
