Student Paper Competition Finalists
2017 Student Paper Competition
Graduate Students with active research in the field of time and frequency are encouraged to enter the Student Paper Competition. As many as four finalists will be chosen for each of the Conference’s six technical areas by the Joint Program Committee. The finalist selection will be based on the students’ contributed abstracts.
The competition will take place in the poster session on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. A winner will be selected from the finalists for each technical group, and the awards will be presented at the Conference Banquet. To participate in the competition, the student must be the lead author and present the paper. If the paper is selected for oral presentation, the student must also present a poster to participate in the competition. Winners will receive a $500 monetary award and a certificate.
