All exhibitors will be given a 2mn time slot to present their companies during the aperitive of the conference dinner (monday evening, July 10th, 18:00-19:00). A 4 slides (MAX) presentation shall be sent to organisers before the meeting begins.
A small awards ceremony will be organised after the student poster session n°2 (wednesday July 12th). Details will be sent to the contact person of each exhibiting company.
